How we started
The company began when the owner got tired of waiting for porta potty companies to show up on time. He rented a single portable toilet, then a second truck, then hired crews who actually answer the phone. Today Baltimore Porta Pros operates from a 2-acre yard in southeast Baltimore with enough inventory to handle rush orders without cutting corners. A standard unit sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and holds 60 to 70 gallons, which means we can stage units the morning of your event instead of three days out. We've learned that speed matters most when a crew shows up and finds out the site has no restrooms.
Our septic pumping technicians work with tanks that are typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, driven by tank size and household size. We clean grease interceptors before solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. Read more about septic tank pumping cost and how often to pump a septic tank on our guides.
What we do differently
Most porta potty companies in Baltimore rent units and disappear. Baltimore Porta Pros cleans every unit between rentals. Our standard service includes two pumps per week for event rentals and weekly service for construction sites, matching ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline intervals. A standard porta potty rental costs between 130 and 500 dollars per week depending on site conditions and service frequency.
We also stock ADA accessible porta potties that meet ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires at least 5 percent of portable units in a cluster to be accessible. These units provide 36 inches of clear width on the accessible route and a 32 inch door opening. We place them at weddings, festivals and construction sites across Baltimore Highlands, Rosedale and Brooklyn Park.
For larger projects, our restroom trailers come with hot water, heating, air conditioning and flushable toilets. These trailers cost between 1,397 and 1,650 dollars per week and reduce the portable toilet count on crowded construction sites. A 2-stall restroom trailer fits where three standard units do not.

Why Baltimore companies call us first
We answer the phone at 6 a.m. and stay open until dark. Most competitors in Baltimore require 48 hours notice; we deliver emergency porta potty rentals same day when the job runs over. A grease trap pumping truck can reach Towson from our yard in 15 minutes or Laurel in 23 minutes.
We carry liability insurance and train crews on OSHA 1926.51(c) toilet requirements, which state that construction sites with 20 workers or fewer need 1 toilet facility. Sites with 20 to 200 workers require 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers. We also stock handwashing stations that meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), which requires soap and a hand drying device. Hand sanitizer does not satisfy the standard.

How many units do I need?
OSHA 1926.51(c) sets the standard: one toilet facility per 20 workers or fewer. Above 20 workers, add one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers. Read how many porta potties do I need for the full table.
Do you service neighborhoods outside Baltimore proper?
Yes. We deliver to Baltimore Highlands, Rosedale, Brooklyn Park, Lansdowne, Arbutus, Overlea, Parkville, Towson and Dundalk. Laurel is 23 miles away and counts as an emergency call. Contact us for your zip code.
Can I rent a porta potty for a weekend?
Yes. A standard porta potty for a weekend runs between 125 and 400 dollars depending on location and whether you need pumping during the event. Call for a quote.
What's the difference between standard and deluxe?
A deluxe flushable porta potty has a toilet that flushes and a seat with a lid. Standard units have a simple open seat. Deluxe costs more but works better for events where guests expect a cleaner appearance.
Do you rent dumpsters?
Yes. We stock roll-off dumpsters in 10, 20, 30 and 40 yard sizes. A roll-off delivery requires about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. See dumpster rental cost for pricing.
